FAQS

Sign-Up Dates

Sign-ups open at 10AM ET on your designated wave date and will be accessible via the banner on this website. Notice that sign-up dates are on Sundays following a payday. Your designated sign-up wave is based on your tenure as of 9/20/26. Not sure which wave you fall into? Check back soon!

Wave Tenure Requirements:
Wave 1: 5+ years (If you fall into Wave 1, you are guaranteed a spot at Quest as long as you sign up during this wave! If you miss it, you can try again during Wave 3 but your spot will not be guaranteed.)
Wave 2: 2 – 4 years
Wave 3: All Employees

Wave Opening Dates:
Wave 1: 9/20 – 9/25
Wave 2: 10/4 – 10/9
Wave 3: 10/18 (until sold-out)

For employees who have left the organization and were rehired within 90 days or less, tenure is calculated from their original start date.

For those who were away for 91 days or more, tenure is calculated from their most recent rehire date.

The banner above will confirm your Quest wave for you; remember to log-in via the menu in the top right!

Sign-Up Requirements

To complete your sign-up, you will need full, accurate travel information, including arrival and departure airline & flight numbers, arrival flight confirmation # (also known as a record locator number), and flight departure & arrival times. Be sure to log into Nitro using the menu button on the right side of the page prior to your designated sign-up time to access the sign-up link.

When completing your sign-up, you can only register a non-Power guest! You cannot sign-up a current POWER employee as a non-Power guest – they must sign up in their own wave. Your guest must be your significant other or family member. To complete your sign-up, you will need your guest’s legal name (as it shows on their passport), birth-date, email, phone number, and flight information.

Please note: you will be prompted to select your preferred bed type: king or double. The hotel has limited availability for king rooms, so they are not guaranteed. If you request a double bedded room, that is guaranteed.

All rooms at Quest will be occupied by 2 people. If you are not bringing a non-Power guest, you can room with another Power employee! If you and your preferred roommate are in the same wave, you can pair directly in the sign-up page. If you are not in the same wave, the second person to sign up should select you during their sign-up wave.

If you and your roommate have both signed up and are having an issue selecting your preferred roommate, please submit a People Experience support ticket to confirm. Please note: you will be prompted to select your preferred bed type: king or double. The hotel has limited availability for king rooms, so they are not guaranteed. If you request a double bedded room, that is guaranteed.

All rooms at Quests will be occupied by 2 people. If you are not bringing a non-Power guest, you can room with another Power employee! The best way to find a roommate pairing is by asking around in your office; your VP will also have a list of other Quest attendees seeking a roommate. Once you have found your roommate, both employees should submit a People Experience support ticket to confirm the pairing.

If you do NOT submit a ticket or choose a roommate by December 1st, PX will assign you one. No changes will be made past the December 1st date. All Power roommates will have 2 double beds in their room.

Yes, but if you plan to bring a guest under 18, please note that the event isn’t designed with children in mind. Quest will not be open to full families—in an effort to keep things fair for everyone, we’ll be allowing only one guest per employee. This guest can be a significant other or a family member.

To complete your sign-up, you must purchase flights for you and your guest (if applicable). Flight confirmations are mandatory to sign-up and Nitro will validate that your flight information is real and accurate. Plan ahead and purchase flights before your sign-up opens! It is HIGHLY recommended that you purchase a fully refundable airline ticket, as flight insurance does not always guarantee a refund of your flight. POWER is not responsible if you do not get a spot or need to unexpectedly cancel your trip to Quest.

You will need to submit the following info in your sign-up:

  • Arrival and departure airline & flight numbers
  • Arrival flight confirmation # (also known as a record locator number)
  • Flight departure & arrival times

If you have a connecting flight, you will only need to submit flight info for the flights landing at and departing from Cancun (CUN) airport.

Here is the tentative agenda for Quest 2026. Please note, this is subject to change!

  • Wednesday, December 16th: attendee arrivals, daytime activities, concert night one (roughly 7:00PM start)
  • Thursday, December 17th: daytime activities, festival, concert night two
  • Friday, December 18th: daytime activities, festival, concert night three
  • Saturday, December 19th: attendee departures

Changes to Sign-Ups

Ensuring your flight info is up-to-date and accurate is the only way to guarantee your transportation to and from the resort!

Using the banner at the top of the page, you can change flight info for both you and your guest.

No problem! To change your non-Power guest, you must submit a People Experience support ticket before December 1st. No changes will be made past the December 1st date. You will need to submit your new guest’s legal name (as it shows on their passport), birthdate, email, phone number, and flight information.

Make sure your flight information is up-to-date, as the transportation schedule is based on your flight arrival and departure times.

Passport information is not required for your sign-up, but it is required for international travel. Take a moment to make sure your passport is valid; POWER recommends that your passport does not expire for at least 6 months past your Quest arrival date. Remember that renewal times may be delayed, so get your passport updated ASAP!

We do not allow our attendees to stay at Moon Palace Sunrise in the nights before the event to make sure we have all rooms ready on arrivals day. If you would like recommendations for other resorts to stay at prior to your Quest arrival, or to extend your room following the conclusion of Quest, please submit a People Experience support ticket and allow 24-48 hours for response.

If you or your guest have additional questions, submit a People Experience support ticket and a member of the PX team will be more than happy to help! Please allow 24-48 hours after you submit your ticket for a response. If you are a non-Power guest, please have your Power employee submit the ticket on your behalf.

Yes. Power is committed to providing reasonable accommodations to help ensure everyone can participate in the event. To request an accommodation, please submit a People Resources (HR) ticket. If you are attending as a non-Power guest, please have your sponsoring Power employee submit the request on your behalf.
